The centre is easily accessible by car, bus and metro. There is car parking available in Freeman’s multi-storey car park. Please note that patients and visitors should only park on levels 0, 1 and 2 of the multi-storey car park.
If you’re travelling by bus, use routes 7, 18 and 38. The yellow and green (Longbenton and South Gosforth) metro lines also bring you to Freeman’s hospital.
The concourse shop is located on level two of the Freeman building, along the corridor from the main entrance. The restaurant is on level one of Freeman hospital and serves breakfast and lunch, and there are vending machines stocked with fresh sandwiches and other snacks. To the rear of the Freeman Hospital on level two there is a shop and café.
