Georgina has been part of the Alliance Medical HR team since 2011 and took up responsibility as HR Director in 2019. Georgina is an experienced HR professional with proven accountability covering all aspects of the workforce agenda. 

Georgina is committed to developing the employment experience to enable our team of professional, committed and valued colleagues to enjoy and excel in their roles. She supports the management team with a measured and pragmatic approach. 

Prior to joining Alliance Medical, Georgina started her early career in training and development before progressing to HR management roles in the Health & Wellbeing sector. Georgina has a BSc Hons degree in Sociology and Education from Cardiff University.
