Detecting lung disease early with 3D imaging and expert reporting

Who is suitable for a lung scan?

You may wish to consider a chest scan if you are a female over 40, male over 35 and if any of the following apply:

  • you are a heavy smoker or live with a heavy smoker
  • you have previously been exposed to asbestos
  • shortness of breath
  • a persistent cough
  • coughing up blood
  • pain or discomfort when breathing in or out.
