Alliance Medical Limited statements
The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018 require Alliance Medical Limited to publish a statement explaining how the Directors have given due regard for the matters set out in section 172 (1) (a) to (f) of the Companies Act 2006 while performing their duty to promote the success of the company for the benefit of its members as a whole ("S172 statement").
The Section 172 Statements are contained within the Strategic Report set out in the Annual Report and Financial Statements prepared for each company. The Annual Report and Financial Statements, for Alliance Medical Limited captured by these Regulations are set out below.
Accreditations
Working in partnership with regulatory bodies to deliver assured service excellence and quality standards.
Alliance Medical is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide Diagnostic and Screening procedures within our static sites and on mobile services. We are also registered for the Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury at some of our static sites.
Since inspections began in 2018 Alliance Medical have achieved a rating of Good at 96% of our services inspected.
The QSI accreditation was developed by the College of Radiographers and The Royal College of Radiologists to assess and accredit organisations that provide diagnostic imaging services.
Alliance Medical gained QSI accreditation in December 2018 and is now part of an on-going assessment programme.
Alliance Medical is a member of the British Institute of Radiology, the international membership organisation for imaging, radiation oncology and the underlying sciences.
The BIR supports members to achieve professional excellence by providing continuing professional development and cutting edge research.
Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award is a fantastic achievement and something only 20% of organisations achieve. It means that the right principles are in place.
